It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Elaine Rupp (Universal City, Texas), who passed away on March 9, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouses, Ronald Evan Rupp and Ron; her sister Dorothy Arrington; her brother-in-law Sam Arrington; her brother Garland Mabe; her sister-in-law Jean Mabe; and her sons-in-law, Loretta Barrett, Bill Barrett, Laura Chambers and Brian Chambers. She is also survived by her parents and nephew.
