He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Puente and Rafaela Puente; and his stepson Corey Cumby. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann; his children, Cody (Michelle), Jeff (Tamora) and Nina Stone (Puente); his grandchildren, Ja'Cora, Lily, Jessie, Mia, Nathan, Cristian and Mariah; his siblings, Henry Lopez (Barbara), David Puente (Debbie), Richard Puente (LeeAnn), MaryEllen Brooks, Nancy Velasquez (John), Juanita Puente and Rebecca Tello (Charles); and his godson Eric Argate. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
