It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Ann Fox of Universal City, Texas, born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Steven W. Fox; her parents, Chief Master and James J. O'Brien (Lovey); and her nephew James J. O'Brien IV. She is survived by: her brother James J. O'Brien III (Linda) of Gatesville, TX; her nephew Jeffrey J. O'Brien (Crystal); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Allison, James Jacob of Marshall, TX, Tyler O'Brien of Sarasota, Caitlyn O'Brien of Orlando, FL, Shannon O'Brien of Gatesville, TX, Janet Logan of Ardmore, OK and Joann Beck of San Antonio, TX.; and her friends, Teresa DeArza Gauger, Gloria Campbell Gallager, Judy Minor Villari, Linda Tucker Prater, Kathy Mulligan and Pamela McCall Smith.
