He was predeceased by: his father Frank. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Mandy Germany (Gerald), Cori Luttrell (Chadd), Ameerah Roland and Amanda Connely; his sister Susan Cobb (Skipper); and his nephew Shay Thomas (Misty). He is also survived by numerous other relatives, family, and friends.
