He was predeceased by: his mother Charmion Estelle Gassaway Rodgers. He is survived by: his children, Ginger Sawyer and Victor (Pebbie); his grandchildren, Douglas Clayton Sawyer (Kelli), Deanna Sawyer Hare (Steve) and Daniel Boone Rodgers; his great grandchildren, Clayton Sawyer (Vanessa), Emma Dawn Sawyer (Ty) and Noah Richard Sawyer; and his great great grandchild Landri Mae Senn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
