He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Fraley and Gladys McMillin Fraley; his wife Annette; and his sister Claudia Allison. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Morman (Kelly) of Lubbock, Sheryl Tindel of Lubbock and Karen McDougal (Jody) of Florence, Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Stephen Willey, Zach Morman, Whitney Morman and Alex McDougal.
