He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Tabitha Stamo (Craig), Curtis Chamberlain (Ceceilia) and Troy Chamberlain (Erin); and his grandchildren, Chelsea Hiott, Cassidy Lopez, Clayton Honzell, Dustin Chamberlain, Shawna Torres, Courtney Chamberlain and Caleb Chamberlain. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
