He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rita Smart and Robin; his wife Kimberly Smart; his daughters, Cassie Smart of Magnolia, Ashley Smart of Austin, Shauna Smart of Tyler and Rachyl Smart of Bullard; his grandchildren, Peighton McGee, Brylee Hymel, Corbyn Bailey, Allie Jane Bailey and Amos Alvis; his sister Kelly Smart; his niece Brittany Frazier of Tyler; and his grandparents, T. P. Smart and Verbie Smart. He was also cherished by his loving family, friends.
