She was predeceased by: her parents, Almus Chappell and Ila Chappell (Harris); and her siblings, Curtis, Gary Chappell and Betty Jo Lanier.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Stout of Tyler; her daughter Kay Herrin of Tyler; her siblings, Leon Chappell (Kathy) of Antlers, OK, Mary Lunblad (Vaun) of Olympia, WA and Sue Davenport (Johnny) of Tyler; her grandson Zackary Herrin of Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Herrin of Brownsboro, TX and Riley Herrin of Tyler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
