It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann McFarlin (Tyler, Texas), who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Bird and William Quincy Kinsala; her sisters, Margie Watson and Mildred Ruth Kinsala; and her granddaughter Katie Marie McFarlin.

She is survived by: her husband Emmett McFarlin; and her children, Gary McFarlin (Linda) of Glendale, Arizona, Beckie Smith (Calvin) of Driftwood, Texas, Tim McFarlin (Sheryl) of Dallas, Texas, Brian McFarlin (Judy) of Van, Texas, Karen Hand (Scott) of Tyler, Texas and Patrick McFarlin (Christy) of Southlake, Texas.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren, children and grandchildren, Pat leaves a total of 74 family members.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Harmony Baptist Church (10251 FM 724, Tyler, TX 75704). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. Her love of the Lord and her trust in Him as her Savior, helped her in her later years as she fought two types of cancer, the loss of sight in one eye, and COVID on four occasions.

If desired, memorials may be made in Pat's honor to New Harmony Baptist Church, Shriner's Hospital for Children, or to St. Jude's Hospital.
