He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Rae Prine Ayler. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ayler; his father Bruce Ayler; his children, Stephanie Ann Ayler, Kaylee Suzanne Marie Ayler and Andrew Donna Ayler; and his sister Karen Factor.
