He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Eubanks. He is survived by: his daughter Hayley Stephens Cavataio (Blake) of Lindale; his wife Paula Stephens; his grandchildren, Caul and McCrae Cavataio of Lindale; his brother-in-law Brad Eubanks (Alicia); his nieces and nephews, Grady and Madi of Frankston; and his father-in-law Kenneth Eubanks of Tyler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cross Brand Cowboy Church (11915 FM2015, Tyler, TX 75708). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
