She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie W. Gold and Lula Bea Perdue Gold; her siblings, Oren (Marguerite Golden), Audie (Opal Golden), Eva (Burrus Kellis), Lena (Bob Harris), Beatrice (TL Williams), Ruth (Mack Dykes) and Martha (Clifford Harris); her son Melvin Segroves; her daughter-in-law Shelly Segroves; and her granddaughter Britney Pierce.
She is survived by: her sister Annie Golden; her sons, Robert (Theresa Segroves), Ronald Segroves, Mike Segroves and Bryan (Deb Segroves); her grandchildren, Janet (Trea Tyler), Jeremy (Amber Segroves), Joey (April Segroves), Jack Freeman and PJ Freeman of Ronnie Segroves, CC; her granddaughter-in-law Maribel Segroves; her grandsons, Justin Pierce and Alex Segroves; and her great grandchildren, Sydni Segroves, Dylan Segroves, Preslie Segroves, Aniston Segroves, Zoey Tyler, Zane Tyler, Bristin Pierce and Juden Pierce.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Williams Cemetery (16342 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75707).
In lieu of flowers, donation to Hospice of East Texas in Tyler, Texas can be made.
