He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Turner and Floyd Turner; and his siblings, David Turner, Donald Wayne Turner, Sammy Turner, Martha Banks and Mary Knox.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Turner; his siblings, Jimmie Dale Turner, Jerry Don Turner, Patsy Wilbert and Judy Brooks; his children, Craig Turner, Leigh Ann Turner and Randy Turner; and his daughters-in-law, Kerrie Turner and Stacy Turner. He is also survived by grandchildren and two adored great-grandchildren.
