She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Searcy; her parents, Billy Elder and Janie Elder; and her brothers, Mike and Pat Elder.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Alan Searcy; and her children, Wes (Colleen), Gil (Denise) and Holly Searcy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mooringsport Baptist Church (500 Ivy St, Mooringsport, LA 71060).
