He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby Gene Eubanks; his great-grandparents, Stanley, Eleanor Nabbs, Gabriel and Rosa Belle Davy; and his cousin Elizabeth Jean.
He is survived by: his parents, Sean Eubanks and Diane Nabbs Eubanks; his wife Jolie Bowman Eubanks; his sisters, Jessica Hall (Eric Hall) and Meghan Womack (Cody Womack); his nephew Cooper Womack; and his grandparents, Brian, Gayle Nabbs and Maureen Eubanks. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
