He was predeceased by: his father Ken T. Miller; and his daughter Stacy Ward Loftin. He is survived by: his mother Laura P. Miller; his sister Kathy (Brett Morman); his nephews, Christopher Morman and Stephen Morman (Katie); his great-nephew Isaac Morman; his stepchildren, Heather Reed Welch (Stephen), Travis Reed (Kaylee) and Mark Brocksmith; and his close friends, Chris Moser and Elayne Ledesma. He is also survived by many cousins, countless friends.
