She was predeceased by: her husband James Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter Elyria K Jacobs of Hammond, Louisiana; and her siblings, Lubertha L Kelly of Tyler, Texas and Floyd Reneau of Bangkok, Thailand. She is also survived by one grandchild and three great grandchildren.
