With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jon Reed Omdahl of Tyler, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Omdahl and Virginia Omdahl. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Larry Omdahl (Tina) of Gladewater, TX and Jennifer Rumsey (Raymond) of Forney, TX; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Erik Omdahl, Carter Rumsey (Dana) and Kylie Rumsey; his great grandchild Ava Rumsey; and his sisters, Mary Gudikunst of Pennsylvania and Sally Omdahl of California. He is also survived by extended family – sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Road Church of Christ (1801 Shiloh Rd, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
