She was predeceased by: her parents, James Odis Guthrie and Margarette Erwin Guthrie; and her siblings, Bobby Guthrie and Linda Dodwell. She is survived by: her husband Roy Gene Eddleman; her sister May Russell (Phil); her nieces and nephews, Kim Guthrie Perry (Thomas), David Guthrie (Tammie), Daniel Guthrie, Michael Guthrie (Lacey), Dawn Dodwell Hofer (Jimmy), Jimmy "Scooter" Dodwell (Jodi), Brice William Russell (Jacqui) and Lauren Kay Gordon (Trevor); and her brothers-in-law, Freddy Eddleman (Dot) and David Eddleman. She is also survived by great- great nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association to honor her memory.
