He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Ford and Kathryn E. Osborne; his wife Roswitha Freier Ford; and his brothers, Roy Dean Ford, Tommy Lee Ford and William "Billy" Edward Ford.
He is survived by: his son Mark A. Ford of Longview; his daughter-in-law Amber Rose Ford of Longview; his siblings, Judy Gibson of Longview, Edith Cates of Ft. Collins, Colorado, David Ford (Karen) of Kilgore, Alan Keith Ford (Candy) of Kilgore and Clyde Russell Ford (Bettie) of Hallsville; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Avis, Sean Avis and Addison Melton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
