He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Cleo Waller and Bonnie Rose Waller; and his siblings, Alton Cleo Waller, William Alford Waller and Gertrude Lively.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Waller and Carla Harper (Chuck); his granddaughter Chloe Harper; and his sister Laura Sue Williams (Doyle).
