He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Crumpler and Rena Crumpler; and his siblings, John, Bobby, Cora, Dorothy, Eugene and Iris Ray.
He is survived by: his siblings, Freddie Crumpler (Donna), Hollis Crumpler and Freida Reed (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Betty Crumpler (Eugene). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
