He is survived by: his wife Delores; his daughters, Malli Stockton (Stacy) and Marla Cherry (Mike); and his grandchildren, Jenni Stocks (Charlie), Allen Stockton (Jordan), Ryan Stockton, Reid Stockton (Kayla), Rachel Penner (Travis) and Macy Cherry (Amie). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stewart Family Funeral Home (7525 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (801 E Main St, Whitehouse, TX 75791).
