She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Heath and Martha Fagg Heath; and her brother Henry Heath. She is survived by: her children, David Satterwhite (Pat), Mark Satterwhite and Susan Ellis (Scott); and her grandchildren, Jenny Satterwhite, Spenser Ellis, Ben Satterwhite and Sarah Cantrell. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Book Project of Smith County Retired Teachers and School Personnel Association (SCRTSPA).
