He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Lowe and Amelia Matilda Lowe; and his siblings, Myrtle B. Lowe, Dolly Rowbottom, Wanda Sue Boswell, Brenda Joyce Lowe, Lucy Francis Mitchell and Delter Joe Lowe Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Olivia A. Lowe; and his sister Patricia Janak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
