With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Wesley Lewis of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jackson Lewis and Thelma Odom Lewis; his wives, Patsy Goldwater Lewis and Carol Hicks Lewis; his daughter Debra Weaver; his siblings, A. J. Lewis, Beau Lewis, Edna Cooper, Pauline Priddy and Francine Gallion; and his granddaughter Kristy Lynn Keifer.
He is survived by: his children, Pat Holland, Charlotte Wiggins, Michael Hicks, Tony Hicks and Lynn Hicks.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home (215 E Front St, Tyler, TX 75702). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
