He was predeceased by: his parents, Linnie Thomas and Flora Smart Cozart. He is survived by: his wife Nora Brown; and his children, Cherri Dodson (Doug), Crystal Johnson (Rodger), Daniel Mark Cozart and Timothy Cozart (Anne). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
