It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester C. Timbs (Tyler, Texas), born in Bartlett, Tennessee, who passed away on December 16, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Timbs and Carrie Timbs (Woolley); his daughter Belinda Timbs; and his siblings, Robert Timbs, Ruby England, Beulah McKnight, Gladys Glass and Jean Shull.
He is survived by: his wife Gayla Timbs of Tyler; his children, Rick Timbs of Tyler, Jeff Timbs (Marilyn) of Allen, Curt Timbs of Tyler and Holly Hendrix; and his grandchildren, Lauren Ethredge, Camie D'Anna and Ella Ethredge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
