He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Garrett and Tynie Garrett; and his brother James Garrett of Troup. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Patterson Garrett of Troup; his children, Teresa Fuller (David) of Killeen and Gregory Garrett of Nolanville; his granddaughter Kayla Bill (Adrian); his great grandchildren, Johnathan, James and Audray Bill of El Paso; and his nephew David Garrett (Mary) of Troup. He is also survived by father who always took care of his children and did the best he could to teach and guide them, a loving grandfather and great grandfather.
