He was predeceased by: his parents, Job Bob and Helen Plunkett; and his brother William Boyd Plunkett. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Joe; his daughter-in-law Reyna Plunkett of Broken Arrow, OK; his daughter Brandi Lyn Plunkett; his grandchildren, Brianne, Theron Pena and Danielle Gonzales; and his great grandchild Shiloh Noel Pena. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
