We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2019, at the age of 92, Billie Sue Bell (Tyler, Texas), born in Troup, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Houston Bell; and her son Sam Houston Bell, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Stephen Scott Bell of Tyler; her granddaughter Mary Caroline Bell Atkins (Lyle Turner Atkins) of Dallas; and her child Billie.
