Bill Rogers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Rogers of Tyler, Texas, born in Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Bill's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Bill's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rogers and Vera Bell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Arnold Rogers; his children, Chris Rogers (Amanda) and Courtney Rogers; his granddaughter Harper Rogers; and his siblings, Barbara Rogers Bryant (Chuck), Richard Rogers (Ann) and Jim Rogers (Laura). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Flint Baptist Church (11131 FM 2868W, Flint, TX 75762-8733). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
