She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe D. Weakley and Ruby Mae Weakley (Veal); and her husband Gabe Leon Kelsey. She is survived by: her brother Thomas Ray Weakley (Moonyeene); and her cousins, Donny Veal, Wayne and Jim Thigpen. She is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, and great nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Southside Baptist Church (15330 Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX 75703).
