We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2025, at the age of 82, Baby Ruth Cumby (Tyler, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Baby Ruth had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Baby Ruth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Cumby; and her children, Darren Crawford, Keith Cumby, Yolanda Crawford, Treva Andrews and Rachelle Stewart. She is also survived by three brothers and eight grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John R. Harmon Undertaking Company (1112 N Palace Ave, Tyler, TX 75702). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clear Springs Baptist Church.
