She is survived by: her caregiver Susan Holloway; her children, Dr. Steve Carpenter (Jan) of Houston, Daniel Stuart Carpenter of Las Vegas and Melanie Marie MacNabb of Houston, Texas.; her grandchildren, Ann Marie (Jeremy Phillips) of Houston, Texas, Amy (Stephen Parker) of Munich, Germany, Joel, Katie, Kara Carpenter, Lindsey Marie Gothard of Dayton and Shane Matthew Gothard of New Mexico; her great grandchild Evelyn Marie Carpenter of Austin; and her grandchildren, Jane, Jack, Sam Phillips of Houston, Henry and Dylan Parker of Munich, Germany..
