He is survived by: his wife Billie Roys of Tye; his children, Gerald Knight (Saundra) of Oklahoma, Travis Roys of Washington, Burt Roys of Kentucky, Aaron Sheppard (Novia) of Plano, Gary McKillip (Elaina) of Winter and Lori Parker (Matt) of Oklahoma; his sister Betty Coleman of Abilene; his niece BJ Smith of Merkel; his grandchildren, Cade Parker, Ashley Costa, Jordan Parker, Morgan, Bonnie McKillip, Mason McKillip, Sarah McKillip, Slater Gonzales, Landon McKillip, Kaitlin McKillip, Avery McKillip, Layla McKillip, Jade Nolan, Brooklyn Roys and Jeffrey Roys; and his parents-in-law, Billy Ray Young of Tulsa and Audra Sheppard of Abilene.
