He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Chadwell; and his father-in-law Gene Jones. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Chadwell; his children, Cole Chadwell and Paige Chadwell; his wife Jill Chadwell of Bellevue, NE; his brother William Chadwell; and his mother-in-law Cindy Jones. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
