He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McVey and Susan McVey; and his siblings, Melvin, Raymond, Marjorie, Shirley, Ruth and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly of Abilene, Texas; and his children, Steve (Barbara) of Elm Valley, Sharon (Hank Horton) of Midland, Texas and Michael of Glacier Bay, AK. He is also survived by eight children, having two brothers and four sisters and one child.
