As Lessie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lessie. Though Lessie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McCormick and Alice McCormick; and her sisters, Hazel (Bobby Sayles) and Doris (Don Loyd). She is survived by: her husband Bill Terry of Tuscola, Texas.; and her children, Cindy (Mike Waldrop), Joel (Terry Terry) and Kyle (Dedra Terry) of Tuscola, Texas.. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and their spouses, along with 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fry~smith Funeral Home (502 Kent Ave, Tuscola, TX 79562). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lawn Baptist Church (515 Ave D, Lawn, TX 79530).
