He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hinshaw; his children, Ira Ramsey (Stephanie) of Denton, Eric Ramsey (Theresa) of St. Jo, Lavon Seay (Tommy) of Sanger and Brian Ramsey (Amy) of Crane; his sisters, Velma Poe of Richmond and LaRue George of Brownwood; and his half-sister Jeanette Chew of Voca. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
