With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fredrick Reese (Tuscola, Texas), who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Lee Mayfield and Boyd Norman Reese; his grandfather John C. P. Reese; his great-grandparent Charles S. Reese (Rangers); his siblings, Max Don Story, Billie Mae Reese and Norma Lee Green; his granddaughter Kyla Sorcha Geelan (Carol Ellen Reese); and his son George Daniel "Danny" Reese.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ellen Schlieder; his daughter Jenny Elizabeth Reese of West Point, NY; his grandchild Chelsey Campos (Lee); his great grandchildren, McKayla and Sadie of Perry, GA; his son John Edward Reese (Sarah); his grandchildren, Christian, Jacob, Samuel and Luke of Nacogdoches, TX; his daughters, Mary Ellen Mock (Stephen) of Macon, GA and Rebecca Suzanne Geelan (Jason); his grandsons, Leo and Ty of Mountain Home, ID.; and also Fred.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fry~smith Funeral Home (502 Kent Ave, Tuscola, TX 79562). The military honors will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bradshaw Cemetery.
