It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillys Bice of Turnertown, Texas, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex B. Jr. Tullis and Helen Tullis (Wilson); her husband Jimmy Bice; her grandson Mike Randall; her great grandchild Ryder; her siblings, Eddie Tullis and Leeta Tullis Kinsler; and her sons-in-law, David Tippitt and Mark Henshaw.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Tippitt of Carlisle, Melissa Frizzell of Turnertown, Jimmy Bice Jr. of Turnertown and Christy Henshaw of Turnertown; and her brother Richard Tullis (Benita) of Fisherville, Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
