He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hall; his children, Tanisha Neals Harris and Tricha Kelly; his stepfather Mark Powell; his siblings, Dock Parker, Ida Watts, Mattie Russell, Ophelia Brown (Curtis), Doris Bradford (Claude), Linda (Willie) of Washington, Tambra Hall, Shannon Hall and Tamara Daniels; and his niece Tiah Brown. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
