It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Welch of Tulia, Texas, born in Silverton, Texas, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Meridan Welch and Mabel Welch. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
