She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville "Chief" Culifer and Clydia Culifer (Gardner); her husband William "Bud" Watkins (Spider); her siblings, Lendel Culifer (Sis), Wayne Culifer (Ruth), Leslie Culifer, Richard Culifer (Margarete) and Jerry Culifer; and her daughter Linda Hayhurst.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Watkins (Luisa), Tony Watkins, Janakaye of Tulia, William Watkins of Tulia and Roy Watkins (Jami) of Quanah; her children-in-law, April Young and Kelly Hayhurst; her sister-in-law Richelle Culifer; her grandchildren, Casey, Nancy, Bethany, Ashley, Kody, M'Kenzi, Paige and Charmanique; and her great grandchildren, Jace, Kasey, Jaxon, Esabella, Jalin and Leila. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tulia - Kornerstone Funeral Directors (201 W Broadway Ave, Tulia, TX 79088).
