It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jobita Perez Hernandez (Tulia, Texas), who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquin Perez and Maria Perez (Garcia); her husband Angel G. Hernandez, Sr.; her children, Ramona Moncado (Christina Perez) and Julian P. Hernandez; her brothers, Juan, Manuel and Geronimo Perez; and her son-in-law Mario Mendoza.
She is survived by: her children, Rebeca Perez Chavez of Mexico City, Ernestina Hernandez (Felipe Z. Hernandez Sr.) of Tulia, Celestina Mendoza of Tulia, Mary Helen Hernandez of Tulia, Angel Hernandez, Jr. of Tulia, Juanita P. Hernandez and Jesse Sanchez of Amarillo. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and one great, great, great grandchild.
