He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Culifer and Clidia Culifer (Garner); and his brothers, Les, Lendol, Wayne and Richard.
He is survived by: his spouse Richelle Maxey; his children, Jerry Culifer (Yvonne) of Beggs, Sherry Culifer of Tulsa and Charlie Adkins (Cecelia) of Amarillo; his sister Lena Watkins of Tulia; and his grandchildren, Bret Adkins of Midland, Ansley Dougherty (Jarrett) of Miami, Kade Adkins of College Station, Keith Hunter of Tulsa and Cody Rose of Tulsa.
