He was predeceased by: his father William Riley Thompson; and his daughter-in-law Ann Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Ava E. Waldroop; and his sons, Mark of Tulia, Brent (Sally), Kirk (Sherry) and Tracy (Ann). He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
