He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleazar Sr. Subealdea and Consuelo Subealdea; and his in-laws, Manuel and Maria Chavez, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Subealdea; his son Carlos; his daughter-in-law Anne Subealdea; and his siblings, Jaime (Ramona Subealdea), Eleazar Jr. (Mandy Subealdea), Eloy (Rosalinda Subealdea), Norma (Martin Cruz), Maria Elena (Joe David Gomez), Frank (Grace Subealdea) and Baldemar (Lilly Subealdea). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tulia - Kornerstone Funeral Directors (201 W Broadway Ave, Tulia, TX 79088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit (513 S Austin Ave, Tulia, TX 79088). A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (1555 Co Rd 13, Tulia, TX 79088).
